Budget is one of the most talked and not talked about items! Confusing, yes it can be, but we are here to help. One of the more common things we hear is that couples have no idea what flowers cost these days. In all reality, it is really it is up to you and how important the flowers and decor are to you.

We like to know your budget up front if at all possible this way we can help point you in the right direction. We don’t want to get your heart set on a bouquet option with flowers that don’t fall into your budget. If you have a number you need to stick with let us know and we will do everything we can to remain as close to that amount as possible. We have lots of advice on how to get the most for your money and are happy to pass along those tips!

Each of our couples will receive a detailed custom quote based on what they need and want. While we have an average price range for our items, so much can change depending on the color, seasonality, and availability. Use some of our average pricing below to being adding up the number of items you may need. This will help to get a good idea of where you may need to be with your budget. We are flexible, so please remember that these are estimated prices.

Wedding Pricing

Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. That is when all flower orders will be placed and at that point the order cannot be cancelled. Payments can be made along the way if it is easier for budgeting purposes.

A $250 non-refundable retainer is required for booking that will be applied to your final balance.

why are you different from other florists?

Meeting at our shop is preferred for consultations. We usually have flowers on hand and a large selection of vases, candles, backdrops and other décor options to show you to help you visualize your wedding details! Don’t worry if you can’t meet at our location. We can meet half way or do a phone call /zoom meeting. We have plenty of digital pictures, so we can share our work, through email to help convey what we have. We are very flexible!

Do I have to meet at your facility for our consultation?

Becky Petersen the owner and head designer. We will talk through every inch of your wedding to see where you would like to have florals and décor. Becky oversees every aspect of each and every wedding. With an eye for detail, we want to make sure everything is taken care of from start to finish.

Who will I talk to for my consultation?

All consultations are by appointment only. We try to accommodate day, evening, and weekend appointments as we know everyone has different schedules. During busy season weekend meetings are typically done Tuesdays through Thursdays before we get busy with weekend weddings. It’s best to email us to schedule an appointment. This way we can set a time to talk for just you!

Yes, we have a variety of different setups for your ceremony backdrop and entry. From wood arches, birch chuppahs, lattice arch and chuppah, metal arches, hexagon and circle arches, we have quite a few to choose from. Draping soften the structure. Do you have ceremony arches and more?

There is a fee for delivery/set-up. This fee is based on where your wedding is covers the price of what we pay our team to travel to you and deliver, set-up and pick-up any rental items We try to keep these fees reasonable, but you always have the option to pick-up if you prefer.

We never book more business than we can handle on any given weekend. We have 4 lead designers who can work with a team to manage medium size events on the same days. Other times we need all hands on deck to produce a large scale event. We want to make sure every event we do is taken care of with our love and dedication to you, our client. So we assess how many we take based on the size and location of each individual wedding. Taking care of every detail is our top priority! If you have an involved design, we highly recommend you book early so we can allocate resources to your event.

How many weddings have you done? How many do you do in a day?

Most of our work is done with fresh product. We can certainly give you a price quote for silk flowers so you can make the decision on which option to choose. At times, silk flowers and designs tend to be just as much as fresh product, if not more.

Can we do silk flowers and will that save us money?

We have worked all over Northeast Ohio and then some. We love to travel, but typically we like to stay within an hour of our location in Mentor, OH. However, let us know your location and we can see how we can best accommodate you.

Once we get an idea of what you are looking for, we can estimate the flowers, email the quote, accept confirmation, then run a credit card for payment. Life can be crazy sometimes, especially when planning a wedding, so we try to be as accommodating as possible.

I am very busy and pretty much know what I want. Do we have to meet in person?

Yes, of course you can. We will ask you to bring in one of each of your items to our consult (if you have them), that way, we know exactly what we are working with. Next, we will schedule a time that works for you to have you bring them in, about one month before the wedding. Next, sit back and relax. Let us set up with the care as if they are ours. At the end of the night, your planner, venue coordinator or person assigned will pack up your items for you to take back home with you. Or you can gift them to your guests in a creative way.
